Location: Remote

Job Summary: As a Sponsorship Sales Representative at Mythic Talent, you will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities for our clients (talent) who create long-form and short-form entertaining content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.You will leverage your personal network and work closely with both talent managers and brands to facilitate partnerships, negotiate deals, and ensure that both parties benefit from collaborations (sponsorships & partnerships).

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Brand Outreach: Research and connect with potential sponsor brands that align with the content creators' niches and interests. Develop and maintain relationships with these brands.
  • 2. Proposal Development: Create tailored sponsorship proposals for content creators, highlighting the value they bring to potential sponsors and the benefits of the partnership.
  • 3. Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorship terms and financial arrangements with both content creators and brands, ensuring that the agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • 4. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of sponsorship campaigns with Campaign Managers, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations and the campaigns run smoothly.
  • 5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our clients remain competitive.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer, esports, and/or corporate sales
  • Business development and account management, ideally in the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Twitch and YouTube content creator ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of social media analytics and data analysis is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A love for the industry
